Native Babies are the Best

We went to the UVU Pow Wow on November 14, 2015 after my dad had told us he was going to go. Olive LOVED it. She loved the music, and would bop around to it almost as soon as we got there. She loved dancing tiny tot with all the other little kids, and she looked so cute. Elizabeth also came along and did a great job carrying Olive around and dancing with her. It was awesome to watch my dad dance and see him in full regalia. I hadn't seen him dance since I was super little, and honestly can't really remember that far back. But he was so incredible. Us Picard kids got some good dancing genes from both sides, that's for sure. And he looked way cool. Even some random girl asked for a picture with him because he looked like such a boss. I'm so proud of my heritage, and my dad.

sara wanted to do a freestyle rap battle for her birthday present. so we came up with topics, put them in a hat, and drew them out. it honestly went 100x better than I could have ever anticipated. it was so funny. see if you can guess what the topics are! 11/28/2015
